• Our Spa’s Policies

Getting the best experience also needs some ground rules

A spa cant be a spa if theres chaos. We want to make sure we keep a relaxing and calm enviroment, however, in order to do that, we  have to set some policies. Our policies are not made to take personally but to only to keep the spa enviroment enjoyable and relaxing as possible.

Appointment

Appointments must be booked over the phone, in-person or online. Please arrive at least 10 mins prior to your appointment to ensure that you receive your full service.

Cancellation

Out of courtesy to all of our clients who would like to enjoy all of our services, we request a 24 hour notice for cancellations of single treatments and 48 hours for combination services. Cancellations for single treatment services with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged a fee of $35 dollars. Cancellations for combination services with less than 48 hours will be charged 100% of a retail priced service.

Any 3rd party coupons will be redeemed if applicable or client will be charged 100% of the full price of the service booked

No shows/ no calls will be charged 100% of booked service. Credit Card information is required & will be used in the event that cancellation or rescheduling occurs within less than the required time.

Late arrivals

Since our spa is by appointments, we enforce being on time. However, due to our high volume of scheduled appointments, we can only hold appointments for 10 minutes as each appointment time is exact to the service. This being said if the 10 minutes grace time has lapsed, the appointment is considered a No-Show and is charged as such (100% of the full price of serviced booked)

Gratuity

Tipping is at the discretion of our customers. However, tips are accepted preferable in Cash. Credit/debit Card are also valid in the absence of cash.

Gratuities are not included in our prices but are gladly accepted. Calculate the amount of your tip as you would in a restaurant – between 15-20%, but you may of course leave more or less, depending on the quality of the service. It’s more convenient to leave a tip in the small envelopes available at the desk when you check out.

Not feeling well?

In a effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. this is for your well being as well as the health of our employees and clients.

Group Reservations

For group reservations we require 48 hour notice of any changes to avoid charges for the services. We can process gratuities for groups on a credit card.

Jewelry

We recommend leaving all jewelry at home. Otherwise, remove neck and wrist ornaments; we prefer that you wear your rings. You are responsible for your valuables! Please be mindful of not leaving valuables behind

Socializing

We try to block outside interference with music, fountains and sound-absorbent walls, but loud voices and noises do filter through. We ask that you please be mindful of others enjoying their treatments, who are truly appreciating all the peace and quiet that’s possible, and try to keep conversations at a low volume.

Medical Condition

Persons who have a medical conditions such as cancer, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, deep vein thrombosis, recent heart attack or surgery, hematomas, tumors, hernias, recent or unhealed fractures, burns or infections, or who are pregnant should speak to their doctor first and only receive spa services by a licensed technicians.

Brazilian Blowout

A consultation must be booked prior to the service; the final price will be established at time of consultation. We don’t do consultations by phone.

We also request 48-hour cancellation for Brazilian Blowout treatments due to the length of service. A deposit is required for these appointments and will be forfeited if cancelled under 48 hours.

If the appointment is not cancelled accordingly, the 50% payment/deposit will not be refunded.

Gift Certificate

Gift Certificates are available and can be purchased through our website (e-cards) or directly at our store. Gift Certificates do not include gratuity.

Silence

For the enjoyment of other guests, we ask that you put your cellular phone on vibrate or off while receiving services.
